Voyagers Zambia, is an intermediary between clients and suppliers or subcontractors, such as airlines, hotels, car hires and various others and will not be held liable in cases of delays, damages, cancellation, service failures, injury or death suffered prior, during or post service delivery. IMPORTANT ENTRY REQUIREMENTS: UPDATED 09JUNE 2021 - Quarantine for 14 days is required if the Covid19 test is positive on arrival into Zambia from the following 14 countries:
Argentina, Columbia, Chile, Brazil, Netherlands, Belgium, India, Peru, Iran, Turkey, Iraq, Spain, Tunisia, Iraq

COVID19 Conditions and PCR Test requirements MUST be checked and adhered, this is the passenger’s responsibility. Zambia Exit PCR test requires MOH Certificate from 20OCT2020.

ENTRY into South Africa: PCR negative certificate required within 72 hours of travel from SAMPLE DATE, Travel Insurance recommended, recommended to have entry and exit forms completed

ENTRY into Zambia: ZAMBIA ENTRY- 72 hours PCR required.
Travelers entry to and from Zambia must create a PanaBios account to generate a Trusted Travel Code. Travellers with results from non-trusted travel compliant laboratories will be required to upload test results to the Global Haven System for authentication.* Note, this is not currently being implemented but is expected soon. We advise all travellers to have the information uploaded on the system.

KENYA TT Code- Trusted Travel code required for departure from Kenya, from 13JAN2021

UK ENTRY- from 15JAN2021- 72 hour PCR test ( from Sample date) , 10 days isolation, Passenger Form (www.gov.uk) completed within 48 hours of travel.

Fare & Booking conditions

  • Fares quoted are subject to availability and are not guaranteed until ticket issuance.
  • Names booked should be exactly as per passport, Voyagers Zambia require a passport copy at time of booking, please check names are as per passport on the day tickets are issued.
  • Names on ticket/s are Non transferrable or changeable, please check all details on day of ticket issuance.
  • Passengers are responsible for ensuring the correct travel requirements are met before travel, such as passport validity/blank pages, PCR test, Pre entry passenger forms, visa, yellow fever and health documents.
  • Baggage allowance is as stipulated on the document received.
  • Separate ticket issuance: If any flight is delayed, changed, or cancelled by the airline on one or more sectors for a passenger holding separate tickets, Voyagers and any operating airlines on the tickets will not be held responsible for any charges for rebooking charges related to the trip. Voyagers will do all possible to assist the client where possible to reduce costs and inconveniences.

Check in times - 1 hour domestic and 2/3 hours International.

IMPORTANT: IATA RESOLUTION 860d WEI from 01JUNE2019-Passenger contact details requirements. Please supply the passenger mobile and email address used during travel period, in order to adhere to IATA resolution in case of flight changes, airlines can make direct contact with the traveller.

Lubumbashi departure tax: USD55 to be paid on departure at Lubumbashi airport.

Passport/s - should be valid for at least 6 months and should have at least 2 blank facing pages, please check your passport details before travel. Ensuring correct documents for travel is the travellers responsibility.

Unabridged Birth Certificates update on 02NOV19 - required for under 18’s with South Africa passports only and any Unaccompanied Minors. Non South Africans no longer require UBC. Botswana and Namibia, if the child is traveling without one parent an affidavit will be required.

Visa requirements should be checked by the traveller with the respective embassy before travel.

Yellow Fever Certificates are required for Rwanda, Kenya, Tanzania, please always check requirements before travelling.

Frequent flyer number/s, and/or meal and seat (which maybe chargeable) can be included and booked, please provide your preference.

Accommodation, Car hire, Visa, Meet & Greet service and Travel insurance are available to be booked by Voyagers Zambia.

One way Tickets: Due to possible immigration queries, please ensure you have proof of return travel for one way tickets.

Limitation of Liability

Voyagers Zambia, is an intermediary between clients and suppliers or subcontractors, such as airlines, hotels, car hires and various others and will not be held liable in cases of delays, damages, cancellation, service failures, injury or death suffered prior, during or post service delivery.

Voyagers shall not be liable for any breach of the agreement or other failure performance arising solely as a result of an event of force majeure outside of the control of Voyagers relying upon it as reason for failing to perform any obligation under the contract (without limitation) any act, order or requirement of government (national or local), war or threat of war, terrorist activity or the threat of the same, adverse weather conditions, disease or virus outbreaks such as to create serious risk of death or serious injury or otherwise make performance of the contract dangerous to any person, and any form of industrial action.

Suppliers impose terms and conditions on the respective travel products or services. By making use of the products and services, clients are bound by the Supplier’s Terms made in respect of the products and services. Voyagers as an intermediary, does not have the access to check the accuracy of all information provided by Suppliers in the Systems. Suppliers are requested and encouraged to correct and update their information regularly and as needed in the Systems. Voyagers will not be responsible for errors, omissions or misleading information in any travel information and listings.

During times of infectious disease or a virus outbreak, clients are to ensure that they have the correct information and requirements regarding their travel, Voyagers will endeavour to assist with the information where possible, however will not be liable for inaccuracies or amendments to the regulations. Clients are solely responsible for obtaining and meeting the requirements for passports, visas, ALL health documents, or requirements including tests, quarantine requirements, insurance, foreign exchange, Reserve Bank customs and immigration regulations and any other peripheral requirements.

Where refunds are due to the client from the Suppliers of the travel products or services, Voyagers will provide reasonable assistance with claiming such refunds from the Suppliers. This process is subject to the suppliers’ timelines. Under no circumstances will Voyagers be liable for direct, indirect, consequential or incidental damages including but not limited to lost profits or savings or damages in respect of dissatisfaction with the goods and/or services provided by Suppliers or third parties. Voyagers will not be liable for any loss in the case that suppliers are sequestrated, in business rescue, face closure or for any financial reasons are unable to deliver services to the client.

The Client binds his dependents, heirs, trustees, executors, administrators, third parties and or assigns to the terms and conditions of these General Conditions and undertakes to indemnify, hold harmless and expressly exempt the Voyagers from any and all liabilities and/or claims (including but not limited to claims arising from personal injuries, death, loss of support, delay, theft, inconvenience, accident, loss, consequential loss, damage to property, medical expenses, funeral and related expenses) arising from any cause whatsoever by virtue of the Client’s participation in the tour, service or activity.

– The Client waives any and all liabilities and/or claims of whatsoever nature or cause, howsoever arising, which he or his dependents, heirs, trustees, executors, administrators, third parties and/or assigns might have against the Company and releases the Company against any and all liability and/or claims that may arise or accrue to the Client, his dependents, heirs, trustees, executors, administrators, third parties and/or assigns.

– Voyagers will not be responsible for any charges that appear on a Client’s credit card not levied/effected directly by the Company, and will not accept any responsibility for having any of these charges reversed or corrected upon the Client’s return to his country of departure/final destination.
